【成 份】 乌骨藤

【性 状】 本品为薄膜衣片，除去薄膜衣后显棕褐色;气微，味苦。

【功能主治】 抗癌，消炎，平喘。用于食道癌、胃癌、肺癌，对大肠癌、宫颈癌、白血病等多种恶性肿瘤，亦有一定疗效，亦可配合放疗、化疗及手术后治疗。并用于治疗慢性气管炎和支气管哮喘。

【用法用量】 口服，一次8～10片，一日3次。

[不良反应] 个别病例使用乌骨藤制剂后可出现食欲减退、白细胞下降、转氨酶升高，发热、关节疼痛、药物疹等，一般不须特殊处理

功效与特点：

消癌平具有抗癌，消炎，平喘功效，是一个广谱抗癌药。

1、抗肿瘤作用。其作用机理为：⑴斩断癌细胞有丝分裂，杀灭癌细胞。⑵抑制癌细胞增殖，减少癌变机率。乌骨藤含有微量元素硒，硒能抑制多种化学致癌物，抑制癌细胞增殖，尤其针对肝癌、皮肤癌、乳腺癌等。现代药理实验表明：每克乌骨藤含硒1.2ug，癌变抑制率高达40%。 ⑶诱导和促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。

2、提高机体免疫机能。乌骨藤具有增强巨噬细胞、NK细胞、T细胞对癌细胞的吞噬杀伤活动，从而更有效发挥抗肿瘤作用。

3、消炎作用。临床还用于治疗慢性气管炎和支气管哮喘。

【Characteristics】 This product is film coated tablet, brown in color after coat removed, mild smell and bitter in flavor.

【Function and Indication】 Antitumor, anti-inflammation, relieving asthma; it has a certain efficiency on carcinoma of esophagus, stomach and lung and various malignant tumors of large intestine and cervix, leukemia and can be applied in combination with radiochemotherapy and post-operative treatment. It is also applied to the treatment of chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma.

Efficacy and Characteristics：

Xiao Ai Ping acts on antitumor, anti-inflammation and relieving asthma and it is antitumor drug of wide spectrum.

1. Antitumor. Mechanism: 1) Break mitosis of cancer cell, kill cancer cell. 2) Inhibit proliferation of cancer cell and decrease the probability of carcinoma. Wuguteng (Marsdenia Tenacissima) contains the trace element, Se. Se can suppress many chemical carcinogens and inhibit proliferation of cancer cell, especially acts on carcinoma of liver, skin, mammary gland, etc. Modern pharmacological experiment indicates: Wuguteng (Marsdenia Tenacissima) of 1g contains Se 1.2μg and the inhibition rate of carcinoma is up to 40%. 3) Induce and promote apoptosis of cancer cell.

2. Improve immunity. Wuguteng (Marsdenia Tenacissima) can enhance phagocytosis and killing function of macrophage, NK cell and T cell to cancer cell so as to bring effective antitumor into play.

3、Anti-inflammation. It is also applied to the treatment of chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma in clinic.
